RETURNS

We’d like you to be totally satisfied with your order. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, we will accept items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. If returned between 8 to 15 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be allowed. Nothing after 15 days will be accepted for return or exchange.

  • All items will be shipped with a Penny Preville security tag affixed to the piece. NOTHING CAN BE RETURNED IF THIS TAG IS REMOVED. The tag must be affixed in the exact manner in which it was received. Returns will not be accepted for credit or exchange if the tag has been altered in any manner.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition upon the customer’s receipt. Please note that worn or used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange, unless we deem it as defective.
  • Rings ordered and shipped in any sizes other than our stock size 6.5 will not be returnable.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • If an item is returned for exchange or merchandise credit, the exchange must equal, or exceed the credit amount as credits will not be processed for any difference between the original purchase price and the price of the exchanged item.
  • Customers must enclose the sales receipt (or a copy) with the returned item. This accompanied the originally shipped item sent to you.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AT: info@pennypreville.com. Have your sales receipt, and any relevant information at hand. Once your return is approved, we will email a pre-paid shipping label to you that will include an RA number (return authorization).

  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN SHIPMENTS UNLESS OUR PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL WITH THE RA NUMBER IS USED ON THE PACKAGE.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment. If items are returned and deemed not to be in its original condition, we will immediately contact you.
  • Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund before the credit is issued to your original form of payment.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States. The shipping service and provider is chosen by our customer support team at the time of shipment. We will email you the tracking information once your package has been sent out for delivery.

All products are handmade and may or may not be in stock. If not, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and delivery. We will send an email confirmation when your order is complete and has been shipped. If you require your order sooner, please contact us to find out if we can accommodate your request. We will alert you to any fees that may apply for expediting an order not in stock.
