Most of our Penny Preville pieces are handmade and may take up to 3 weeks for production and delivery. Jewelry that is in stock will be processed within 48 hours, then shipped to arrive within 7 business days. 

If you need your order sooner, please reach out through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. 

Once your package has shipped, we will send your tracking information via email provided upon checkout so you know when your order will arrive. You can also Track Your Order via our online portal.

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States and Canada.  

3 Day Select delivery: $0  Available on all orders under $1,000. Items ordered together may not always ship together.  

2nd Day Air delivery: $0 Available on all orders between $1,000 - $4,999. Items ordered together may not always ship together.  

Next Day Air delivery: $0 Available on all orders above $5,000. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

Expedited delivery is not available for any personalised or customised items.  

Please note that all orders above $1,000 require a signature. To protect the value of your purchase, all shipments are fully insured.

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options and hope to ship to other countries in the near future. 

We hope that you’ll fall in love with your Penny Preville treasures. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, message us right away through our Contact Us page.  

• Special order and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.   
• All returns must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Worn or used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless it is deemed as defective. 
• All returns must be in their original packaging. Please enclose the sales receipt (or a copy) with the returned item that accompanied the original shipment.   
• Please note your purchase will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange without the Penny Preville security tag affixed in the manner in which it was received.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. 

To ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime (and beyond), your Penny Preville jewelry is covered by a warranty valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will happily cover any damages due to manufacturing and material flaws within that time frame. Simply message us on our Contact Us page and we’ll make things right. 

• Note that your warranty does not apply to items that have been tampered with, repaired or worked on by third party jewelers. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding the life cycle of your product.

• While our fine jewelry is intended for everyday wear, we recommend removing your jewelry during physical activity to avoid accidentally scratching or bending the metal. 
• Salt water and chlorine can damage precious metals over time, so we suggest leaving your jewelry in a safe place for the day while you’re at the pool or the beach. 
• To maintain the sparkle and shine of your fine jewelry, we suggest gently cleaning using warm water, mild dish soap, and a fine-bristled toothbrush. For pearls, use something gentler like a soft makeup brush. Never clean your jewelry with harsh chemicals and when in doubt, bring your piece to a professional jeweler for cleaning.
